Gavin Moores

President

Gavin was first exposed to building as a child, helping out in his father’s construction company in London.  After graduating from the London College of Technology (now London Metropolitan University) with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Construction Management.  Gavin worked as a Project Engineer for Mathew Hall Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, developing high rise commercial offices in London and military bases for the Royal Navy. Gavin emigrated to the U.S in 1989.

Gavin has over 30 years of residential and commercial construction management experience and has the knowledge and experience with his team to build the most sophisticated homes utilizing today’s sustainable building practices.

Michael O’Flynn

CFO & Broker

Michael was raised in Orange county. He received his B.A. from the University of California Santa Barbara in Business Economics with a concentration in accounting.

He was an Audit Manager for Ernst & Young, LLP in the Orange County office working solely on real estate related companies including REITs, development companies, and investment funds. He also had experience as a Chief accounting officer for Grubb and Ellis managing the reporting and accounting for several of their publicly traded investment funds. Most recently, he was CFO for Capital Pacific Development Group Inc. central coast division. He is a certified public accountant (inactive) and holds a California Broker’s license.

Long Truong

Accounting Manager

Long Truong holds a B.S degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting, a Professional Accounting Certificate, and a Business Leadership Certificate all from the University of California, Santa Barbara

At CPDG Inc., Long is responsible for accounting daily operations, reporting, and developing standards and processes for proper financial management along with Michael.

In the custom home division, Long assists with the accounting for estate management and custom home building.

In both the production and custom division, Long helps monitor and analyze project costs to help stay on target.
